The rings used to create these chainmaille earrings were hand formed from copper wire and individually cut and then woven into the Byzantine Diamond chainmaille design.  Hematite beads were added as dangles to complete the design. Hand forged copper earwires were added and the earrings were oxidized, buffed and polished for that rustic look. The metal was sealed with jeweler's wax to preserve the patina and resist tarnishing.
