Shipping and Returns
Domestic Shipping - Canada
Items are shipped within Canada for a flat rate of $15.00 and are shipped via Canada Post (5-7 business days with tracking).

International Shipping - United States
Items are shipped to the United States for a flat rate of $25.00 and are shipped via Canada Post (7-10 business days with tracking).
International Shipping - All Other
Items are shipped to all other countries via Canada Post (with tracking). Shipping cost and time will vary by country. Please contact me for the details about shipping to your country (sueahardy@gmail.com)
Customs Charges/Duty
If you live outside Canada you may be charged a duty or other tax on your item by your country's customs agency. This is payable by the buyer and is not the responsiblity of the seller, SuHar Jewelry Designs.
Returns
I hope you love your jewelry, but if for some reason you are not satisified with it then you may return it. I will accept returns that are shipped or posted back to me within 7 days of receiving your purchase (as per tracking confirmation).
Please contact me to let me know that you will be returning your item (and why) and I will send you a refund for the cost of the item once I receive it. Please note that I am not able to pay for any return shipping, unless there is a problem with the integrity or construction of the item.
The item must be returned in usable condition. If there is evidence it has been worn or damaged through use the amount refunded may be reduced to reflect this.
