These two-piece octagonal earrings were created from solid copper sheet and then pattern textured using a small dapping tool.  Each disc was then slightly domed.  Hand forged copper earwires were added and the earrings were oxidized, buffed and polished for that rustic look. The metal was sealed with jeweler's wax to preserve the patina and resist tarnishing.
Approximate size: 5.5 cm long (from piercing) x 2.2 cm wide (2" long x 3/4" wide).
